Branding and settings¶

Settings in the sidebar. Admin-only, and site-wide — every change here affects every room and every host.

Changes save as you make them and reach everyone immediately, including people currently in a circle. There is no draft state, so make wording changes when the site is quiet.

Logo¶

The site logo, shown on the entry screen participants see, and in the admin sidebar.

It is the bottom of a chain of three. A room-specific logo wins if there is one; otherwise the host's own logo (see Your host profile); otherwise this. So this is what people see when nobody has overridden it.

A second logo shown alongside the first, for a funder or partner. Optional, and independent of the chain above.

Background and button colour¶

One colour, used for the entry screen background and the primary buttons across the admin area. It is picked as a colour value, so you can match a brand exactly.

Choose something with enough contrast against white text — the colour is used behind labels.

Field	Where it appears
Welcome Title	The heading on the entry screen. Replaces the room name when set.
Welcome Text	A short message under the heading. Supports line breaks.
Admin Title Bar Text	The name in the admin top bar. Useful for telling environments apart.

Welcome title and text are the first thing a participant reads, before they have entered anything. It is the right place to say what this space is, and — worth saying — that their camera will be on.

Default goodbye URL¶

Prefilled into new rooms as their goodbye destination. Hosts can override it per room, and changing it here does not alter rooms that already exist.

Leave blank for no default.

Off by default: accounts are created only by invitation. Turning it on lets people create their own host accounts unprompted.
